Cookies

To make our website user-friendly and to optimally adapt it to your needs, we use cookies in some areas. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that results in connection with the specifically used end device. However, this does not mean that we immediately gain knowledge of your identity. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally on the hard drive of your computer, tablet or smartphone and are kept ready for later retrieval and facilitate the use of our online offers.
We use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after your visit and after you close the internet browser you are using.
When using our websites, we also use cookies to enable an analysis of your use of the websites (see sections 2.1 and 5.1). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our online offer (search engines used, search terms used, languages used, origin of visitors by country, browsers used and their plugins, referrers, duration of stay, entry and exit pages, bounce rates) is used exclusively anonymously or aggregated and only for statistical purposes. This information is used separately from personal data and is not merged with it; it therefore does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal data.
The data processed by cookies is necessary for the stated purposes to protect our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
You can declare your consent or rejection of cookies - including for web tracking - via the settings of your web browser. You can set your web browser so that it notifies you when cookies are set or generally rejects cookies. However, you may then no longer be able to use all functions of our website. Please inform yourself independently about the cookie functionalities of your web browser.

Google Analytics

We use tracking measures to continuously optimize our website, to statistically record its use and to identify unauthorized access to our website. Based on this legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (https://about.google/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). Google Analytics creates pseudonymized usage profiles and uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The cookie collects, for example, the following information about your use of this website anonymously, usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there:
• Pages accessed
• Your behavior on the pages (e.g. clicks, scrolling behavior and dwell time)
• Your approximate location (country and city)
• Your IP address (in abbreviated form, so that no clear assignment is possible)
• Technical information such as browser, operating system, internet provider, end device and screen resolution
• Origin source of your visit (i.e. via which website or advertising material you came to us)
• Time of the server request
However, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website.
On behalf of Poar Technology, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use and internet use to Poar Technology. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
As an alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, you can click on this link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data within this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in your browser, you must click this link again): Deactivate Google Analytics
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found, for example, in the Google Analytics Help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de)

YouTube

On our website, you have the option to play YouTube videos that are stored on www.youtube.com. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of Google LLC. The videos on our site are all embedded in "extended data protection mode", i.e. no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned below be transmitted. Poar Technology has no influence on this. By playing the video, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website.
The following data is transmitted:
• Log data in the form of server logs. These include, among other things, details of how the services were used, such as search queries; IP address; hardware settings; browser type; browser language; date and time of your request; referring page; cookies through which your browser or your Google account can be uniquely identified
• Further information on the data collected by Google can be found at the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy
This happens regardless of whether you have a YouTube user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. The legal basis for the processing of users' personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
The integration of the videos on our website serves to make them more illustrative for the user, to increase the search engine ranking on Google and to refer more specifically to our self-produced videos. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and, if necessary, to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website.
If you do not wish to be assigned to your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. You also have the right to object to the collection of your usage profile by YouTube.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy. There you will also receive further information about your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Maps

This site uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. With the help of this service, we can embed map material on our website. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the locations we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time. The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/gdprcontrollerterms/ and https://privacy.google.com/businesses/gdprcontrollerterms/sccs/. Every company certified under the DPF undertakes to comply with these data protection standards. Further information on this can be obtained from the provider under the following

Google Font

This site uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When a page is called up, your browser loads the required fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Fonts is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform display of the typeface on his website. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time. If your browser does not support Google Fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used. Further information on Google Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de. The company is certified under the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards for data processing in the USA. Every company certified under the DPF undertakes to comply with these data protection standards. Further information on this can be obtained from the provider under the following link: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5780.

If you wish to exercise your right to object, an email to info@poartechnology.de is sufficient.
We will then no longer process the personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Data security

We are committed to the maximum security of your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. If this is not supported by your browser, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can recognize the encrypted data transmission, depending on the browser used, by the closed (sometimes also green) display of the key or lock symbol in the URL bar of your browser.
To secure your data, we also maintain technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. These are constantly adapted to the current state of the art.
Nevertheless, we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
We also do not guarantee that our offer will be available at certain times; disruptions, interruptions or failures cannot be excluded. The servers we use are regularly carefully secured.

Actuality and amendment of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and is as of July 2026.
We reserve the right to change our security and data protection measures if this becomes necessary due to technical developments. In these cases, we will also adapt our data protection notices accordingly. Please therefore note the current version of our privacy policy.
